Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the transfer case on my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee last year only to discover that the 4wd only
operates in 4 lo.   Is there an adjustment on the transfer case to correct this or does the transfer case
need to be replaced again?

Check the movement of the rod that goes into the transfer case. You may need someone to move the lever for you. Make sure the wheels are chocked so the car wont roll. Then make adjustments on that linkage as necessary.
