04 3.7 liberty. I keep getting a rich bank 2 code and one plug keeps fouling.
Ive replaced spark plugs and fuel injector. Ive cleaned the MAF but this
doesnt help. What else could it be?

check compression on all pots, note down the compression reading and if all the numbers read different then that may be your problem

Turns out it was a dropped valve seat. I bought from a friend who bought at a auction. Apparently it was over heated at some point and caused a valve seat to pop out.
