My jeep keeps consuming coolant. I fill up the
coolant drive it and the reservoir is almost empty
after I drive it. What is causing this to happen

A coolant leak. It is dripping, or evaporating, and or you are burning it. How is your oil and transmission fluid? Sometime the coolant can migrate via the head gasket.
