Jeep wont crank. Its not the battery because
everything else seems to turn on

You could have enough power to run accessories and yet not enough to turn the engine over. When was the last time you performed maintenance on the battery posts or connection wires? Battery acid can build up in places you cannot see it and make these connections faulty. Take the two main connections loose and use some baking soda and mix it with a little water in order to make a paste. Then, use an old toothbrush and clean everything thoroughly on the battery surface and connectors. Wash with water from your garden hose when done. Reattach the connectors after charging the battery. If the problem persists, then it's probably time to buy a new battery.
