I just had a bad experience at a dealership that I contacted via phone from one of the CarGurus listings. How do I report this?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

The car listed wasn't there and it doesn't look like it ever was.  The product number listed on your site was for a different year and automatic when I specifically requested manual transmission.  I plan to discuss this with the dealership also, but how do I report this here?

You will gain nothing trying to report it or talking to the dealer about it. It might be one of those bait and switch schemes which some dealers are known for. I would just move on and avoid that dealer.

dealers may only tell you it was there and probably got sold, and they forgot to take it down, that happened to me when i was looking to buy a vehicle also.
