are my rooters broken

I got a flat and tried to change my tire. while changing my tire my car slowly rolled off of
the jack on to the ground. Now that my spare is on when i drive it it makes a
scraping/grinding sound. When I stop the sound goes away, I don't feel my brakes
grinding but i hear something rubbing. whats wrong ??

You might have bent the backing plate. That's only a guess, when it comes to brakes you want to get them serviced properly.
