If my Honda Pilot timing belt fails before seven years or 100000 miles as Honda says, Honda should be liable for it correct ?

Only if the car is still under warranty but you can try for a good will gesture from Honda.

I wouldn't wait till 100,000 miles. I would probably replace at 75,000.
