Question type: General

When turning left car makes scraping noise
(sounds like bad brakes). Bearings
checked, rotors replaced brakes are good.
Could this be related to power steering
pump?

If you have checked all you said, you may need to check the under side and make sure the tie rods are clear and other bushings and front end parts, but would not think it would be power steering pump, but could be the rack and pinion.

Happy_nana - did you resolve it? Is it only when turning left? I came across something similar this weekend, but when turning the wheel ALL THE WAY, to either side. I had my tie rods replaced recently, as well as the rack and pinion. I too suspect something to do with power steering.
