I believe that the Bluetooth and Alexa has caused a malfunction in my sound system.  How do I unistall and reinstall sound the factory boss system

I don't think I did anything to it so I'm not sure what the problem is but I thought maybe I can troubleshoot the sound system to see if I can reset it somehow.
