My 2013 outback driver door won't open. Only happen's below freezing?

Then the latch assembly has moisture in it, you need some water dissipating lubricant sprayed into the latch assembly. You will probably need to remove the door panel to gain access to the latch assembly.

Go to your local auto shop or Canadian Tire and buy a spray can of Garage Door Lubricant called JIG A LOO and spray the door rubber and mechanism's. Works great and is a dry lubricant.
