t/chain noise

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

replaced a head on a 2.5 altima runs good now but has a noise like a t/chain or
noisy valve train, checked oil pressure and its over a 100 psi, just stumped at
this point , any help would be appreciated

Did you replace the timing chain and guides? 100 psi is very high.

Check to see if the valve train is getting oil.

no the extended warranty wouldnt allow for a chain and guides, as best as i could tell they looked fine, seems like its a restriction somewhere , but i am not real fam iliar with this 4 cyl 2.5l
