If this is an EBS system I recommend that you have it towed to your favorite shop and get it checked out as there are servo motors involved along with sensors and computers. Now if it is not there will be a manual release handle attached to the park brake assembly, it is black and very short and will be hard to see up under the dash, just pull back on it and the unit will release, make sure the vehicle is in park or the wheels are blocked to prevent unexpected movement when released. Then get it to a shop for repairs.
