In the back under the floor - not visible anymore.

If you think this is a good idea, wait till you have the car packed with the kids and half the house.... and then get a flat tyre. You will have to pull out the whole carefully packed gear to get to the spare. But wait, as it is a space saver, thinner than a normal tyre, where the heck do you put the MUCH larger flat tyre?? As it will not fit into the space for the thinner one. Not all improvements are a good idea. I have a 2012 and love the ease of access to the spare.
