Sante Fe won't lock with fob

Today all of a sudden, I cannot lock my vehicle with the key fob.  We checked
the electrical panels inside but haven't a clue why this is happening.  

My trunk will not open unless the vehicle is on.

Advice greatly appreciated!

Is it just the one key fob or both of them? Have you checked the battery? Have you checked all of the fuses in all of the fuse panels in the car for any blown fuses?

Same on both key fobs. Have not checked fuse box. Don't even know where it is. Just bought the car from dealer 2 months ago
