Does a 9" rear end fit into a 2013, v4 mustang?

I want to install a 373 gear in my 2013 mustang

I am sure you could buy a custom 9" axle for your Mustang but it probably came with a 7.5" axle. You don't need a 9" for a 4 banger. Look for a used 8.8" axle at a junk yard.
