I HAVE REPLACE THE BRAKE AND ROTTO TWICE IN 15000 MILES IS THERE A PROLBEM WITH SYSTEM

If the brake calipers are sticking to the point you can't spin your wheel when it is jacked up, or there is a lot of resistance, that would heat up the rotors causing them to warp.

2012 calipers are pretty robust, so I suspect (s)he overheated the rotors too; maybe downhill? As well, junk rotors may not sink heat as well.
