Is it worth it trans issues 2012 outback

Ok so   back stories...received  a 2012 Subaru  
220xxxmikes  clean fully loaded  leather the whole nine....
(bosses car so always regularly maintained)as a addition to
bonus I was given at at work. So essentially  a free car.  
Trans  went out   headgasket  and timing done last year ...
(not cheap)

Is it worth it , estimated  cost , or should I  just  sell it  or fix
and sell it ...  looking for any advice

Really depends as FOR stated, is the car in otherwise immaculate condition, meaning that the body, exterior and interior is perfect? Look, it's a free car to you.. how's the engine? Arithmetic....
