2012 Town & country hard time getting up hills

I have recently noticed my van has a hard time
getting up hills or even accelerating onto the
highway? I literally have the pedal to the metal and
its still challeged?

If there is no skipping in the engine,you may want to have the fuel pressure checked,your van has a internal fuel filter at the pump that may be blocking fuel from getting to engine correctly,

Yes he's right you did may definitely have a stopped up fuel filter also you need to have someone check the catalytic converter to make sure it is not stopped up catalytic converters will not come and go once they stopped up they stopped up there's no questions about that at all

Did you find out what the cause was? I am having the same problem. Garage says oil pump which seems odd to me?
