how do i replace my instament panel lights

Done that before, and on the 96. You have to begin by removing the bottom portion of the dash near your knees, then work yourself up - removing different dash components so you can see the several screws which hold in the cluster. ONce those screws are removed you can wiggle the cluster out, then reach behind and unplug the electrical connections. Once the cluster is out you can change the lights from the back. Replace all of them.
