Possible damage to Sonata Hybrid when drove through 2 ft water

Who knows how much water got into the power distribution box. You'll have to pull covers off, take things apart, and dry it all out. Use a dielectric spray to stave off corrosion.

wow- water and electronics don't mix- good luck with that- you got a boatload of electronics on that thing-

I would be more concerned that the engine sucked in some water, hydrauliced a cylinder and bent a connecting rod.
