how do I get into car

on maintainer charger for winter, indicator says fully charged, doors nor trunk open,red light flash on door when tried, checked both fobs, no noise or click using fob button or vehicle buttons

Do you have a key to open the door? If not AAA or a lock smith.

Push button on key bob, key come's out, insert in slot over license plate on back, hatch will open.
