banging sound from rear underneath of the car

My i20 2011 model is making a banging sound like hitting a empty drum even
on the paved road and when i stop the car. i thought it was due to shocker but
when i drive over bumpy roads, it doesn't produce the sound and also the
mechanics told that the shockers are doing good. please help me diagnose the
problem.

I had same problem on i20.it can steering rack problem.it can't be repaired.replacement is option cost around 12k

I Al'so have that problem, I think my tank has a dent in so with the sucking of the pump it's causing the bang

My Hyundai i20 2011 has the same problem, I wish to know what might be the problem because I took it to be checked and nothing was found to be the problem.

I have the same issue on my 2010 i20 . Some one told me its a sound coming from the fuel tank, is this the case?
