Brakes on BMW 528

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1999 BMW 528 and it has a braking issue. When
you're driving along and press down on the brake it will
work normally until you let off. When you let off the pedal
will not come up with out help and so brake stays
engaged. Does any have a possible answer or reason
along with solution?
