I am going to be making my first BMW

325i's or 330i's.......kinda eyeing a 2006 330i

These cars do well if taken care of. If the maintenance records are available this will help you to know what you are buying. These cars can be very pricey to maintain. Carson

Pricey to maintain *if the car has been neglected in the past.* If the car has been taken care of and treated well, they will not be horrible. As I always say, if you take care of your car yourself, you will save lots of money. Also, as Tom said, 2004 is a different body style than 2007. I understand if you want either an E46 or an E90, but they are two different cars, and research accordingly. As for the car, $9,000 seems like a fair price for a 2006 with that mileage.

Both are good places to go, but the best place to get information is from owners, at a forum like bimmerfest.com or bimmerforums.com. Plenty of owners and enthusiasts over there who would be glad to help you out.
