The fuse box should be under the hood, passenger side. Try the upper box, middle right side Mine is huge, 30 amp.

I've been looking also. Found a 10 amp in the box inside by passenger right leg. It was a little hard to find until I loosened the box to get a better look. Replaced it and it was fine. But now , my car's fuses all check out fine but no power to the blower or resister. I have to check the switch now.

Chevy Impalas have 3 different spots where fuses are located. Numero 1 driver side you have to open the door to be able to see them, take plastic cover off. #2 passenger side do the same thing on passenger side like you did on driver side. #3 under hood next to motor just above battery passenger side, 2 different boxes of fuses on the same spot.

So the blower for the Cabin air climate control is not working. Give the motor a good tap. The brushes on the motor are worn. Time to replace them.
