i recently purchaced a 96 hyundai accent.... it was shifting fine, and then when i tried to go into second, it just reved. im able to shift from 1st-3rd-5th, but i need reverse and 2nd and 4th would be helpful... anyone have the same problem on any make/model?
sounds like a syncronizer went in the trans. or possibly the shift linkage is out of adjustment.. if there is one
