2011 Honda Pilot. My check engine light came on last night and I went to Napa and the code was PO302. The code means Cylinder 2 misfire detected. The guy said it is more than likely the coil. When I goggled the code it said to replace the sparkplug. Then this morning my VSA light and VTM-4 Light is on. Advice please. I don't know if I can afford to fix right now, however is it safe to drive it. I have 157,000 miles on it

FYI- update. I talked to a mechanic and he told me all the lights go on when the check engine light comes on for safety. Ht told me I can drive it as long as the engine light was not flashing and the vehicle was running well. He said it is more than likely the coil, however if the spark plugs have not been changed and I have 157,000 miles he recommended I do that as well. Total he quoted me was $250.00 for the coil replacement and all 6 spark plugs replaced. Parts and Labor. I will keep you posted how it ends up.
