2010 Hyundai Santa Fe everything electrical flickered now nothing! Gave it a
jump and nothing! I should add the day before changed the left head light out
myself. If that could have done something?

I would not think it should have had any affect on the car unless a contact or wire has shorted out to some metal somewhere around the headlight. Check around the under-hood power supply and see if there is a burnt out fuse or fusible link. Sounds like you have lost power either between the battery and starting circuit or possibly something in the Starting/Charging system has gone bad for some reason, possibly the alternator or battery itself.
