Read what the extended warranty covers, a lot of times they can be vague about what they will and won't cover

It wholly depends on if it is a real warranty backed by Hyundai or an aftermarket warranty you bought with the car. The 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe has a 5-year, 60,000 mile "Basic Warranty" and a 10 year , 100,000 mile Drive train warranty (BTW far better than most) So depending on the date of original sale, and mileage, you are right on the cusp of the factory Basic warranty. But you say "Extended warranty", that leads me to think of an an aftermarket warranty, that you bought with car that is more of an insurance policy than warranty. If that is the case, sorry, not going to be covered.
