Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ive just brought this car and noticed this problem
recently. The car drivers really nice however  if im
in 2nd/3rd gear and put my foot down the car
drops to 2'000 revs and looses power then comes
back.
It feels like something is either blocking, im not too
sure as its the first bmw ive ever owned.

All help is much appreciated.
