how do I restore engine power in 2010 mini cooper turbo - problem induced by low coolant and oil that casue car to go in safe mode. fluids replaced, car sounds great but still in half engine mode :/

Can you elaborate a little bit on the "sounds great" and is in "half engine mode"? Are you meaning to say that the car is in limp mode but the engine functions normally?
