how do you stop freezeine the air lines to the gas lines

my air lines are frozenand i am trying to find out why

Unless you are driving a diesel with air brakes you don't have air lines. Is your cooling system(anti-freeze that runs through the engine, radiator and heater core) frozen? Are your gas lines frozen?
