Memory saver

Do I have to have a memory saver before I change
out the battery in my car

Even if you do not know, I would still do it because the adverse affects and cost of not doing it is not worth it. The cord is $20! on amazon and using another 12V battery or using a jump box with another cord with a cigarette end to hook up to the jump box.

I just watched a YouTube video on a 2009 journey and they used a battery saver
