I have a 2010 Honda Civic-The a/c works, but it only blows downward on your feet and any other buttons to redirect the air flow doesn't work?

Could be something blocking airflow "upwards". The settings that blow air out toward you are a mix of bottom directed air and top directed air. Most all cars have a single hose connection to AC. So if you're getting cold air towards your feet, likely a fairly cheap repair to get air blowing at you.
