How do I fix this coolant leak?

Asked by Itzeli Nov 17, 2020 at 04:53 PM about the 2010 Volkswagen Tiguan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My coolant just started leaking and I don't want to take it
to the shop if I can fix it myself. I haven't had any over
heating problems yet. I found where it's leaking from but I
don't know what to do to fix it.

the leak might be migrating from above and dripping to the bottom. Most likely the water pump. The upper intake has to come off. Check out some Utube videos to see if you want to attempt a repair.
