If you search on google you will find that there are devices that can be installed that will override the system and allow dvd watching while driving. From what i recall they are about $400 and require some level of mechanical ability to remove various parts of the dash, but once the parts are removed the units are plug and play. They have detailed step by step instructions with photos. Hope this is helpful.

And Dangerous. I'd like to know where you are so I can be 100 miles away. Why don't you read a book at the same time as watching movie and talk on phone and oh pay attention to driving when you have time

I myself would like to do it so my wife and kids can watch it while I drive. How do you know he doesn’t want to do the same narrow minded one?
