I dropped a plastic object in my gas tank. its about
25 cm long what will happen and what should i
do??????

If it's plastic, i wouldn't worry about it, too big to go through and too small to block the fuel pump strainer

how does that happen? accidentally drop something in through that little hole in the filler? dude!
