We have a 2010 chevy cabolt and the service airbag light comes on somtimes rite after you start it you can turn the car off and restart it and it might not come back on

the airbag system is having a bad hair day. It relies on pendulum switches on the bumper, in the seatbelts, in the rear. One of these pendulum switches is funky...or at least that's what a code reader will tell us...perhaps it will be nice and actually tell us which device is the troublemaker.

...in short, you've got to have you trouble codes read....an auto parts store can do this for you or sell you a device so you can do it yourself.
