Ignition key will not turn

Have you tried pulling on the wheel to relieve the pressure on the key as you turn it? If there is too much pressure against the back of the cylinder it will feel like the lock will not turn until the pressure is taken off of it.

tried...pretty sure cylinder went bad but can't replace it can't turn key to acc positions
