Cooling fan will not stop

My cooling fan in my Buick lacrosse will not
shut off. I have replaced both fuses for the
cooling fan

If you pull those three fuses it should kill the radiator fans. I saw several trouble codes for radiator fans and coolant temp sensor. Any codes? Maybe something shorted to voltage, somewhere?
