all fuses were checked .i had my phone plugged in the cigarette lighter playing music and it made a loud bump and went off and hasn't came back on

I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla the radio worked and after cuplé minutes stop. I order the same radio from eBay used I installed it and right away blow a fuse and the radio smelled like smoke
