What motors would be the best fit for my 1992 Honda Accord

I need to put a new engine i was thinking in a b18 but i don't know whats the
best one take into consideration i live in california so also smog comes into
play

I would go with the B18, its a low cost engine, its reliable, easy to repair and all in all a good engine..
