13$ is the cheapest in my neck of the woods. If they aren't warped or totally ruined you could just put new pads in and call it a day. Might chew them up quicker but pads are cheap.

I usually just replace the pads too. If I need rotors, I install new ones. Here's a picture of a rotor that needs replacing.

spend the extra money and just go get some new rotors. besides, autozone, advance, and prob o'reilly's also, will warranty them for two years from the date of purchase.
