car will not start

i was replacing my heads and exhaust
today. i got done and went to turn car on
and everything powered up but did not
start. on thing that happend was i heard a
whining noise and a clicking fron the glove
box. i checked fuses but did not see any
that were for ignitionbor anyhing.. and the
batt has plenty of juice. i even tried jumping
and that didnt help with starting. allnpower
and lights work but nothing but clicking
when inpush clutch in and turn key over
