Suzuki sx4 check engine light came on

I have had this happen with a 2007 Sx4 for a couple of years. For me it happens if I leave it parked in a heavy rain. When I start it up, I might have to try a couple of times before it is running properly without the engine light. It seems like maybe there is some moisture inside related to ignition or starting and maybe that needs to evaporate before it can start up properly.
