I once had a 2013 subaru that after replacing the spark plugs(dealer bought), the car misfire like crazy. Customer took it to the dealer and all they told him was that some kind of relearn had to be done. I have every tool imaginable up to date(except OEM) and none had an option to do some relearn the dealer charged him for. But, the car was fixed. Always wondered about that. :/
