How hard are the solenoid to replace. Are the buried under the valve body?And what is the easiest way to diag

I understand I am a Tech with 30 years under my belt and have a scanner just was looking for a direction as trannies haven't been my thing mostly engines. what source is there for info on the readings on the inputs and outputs? Mitchell, All Data which one is best for Honda
