I have a 2009 Silverado Z71 4x4 when I start it up, put it in reverse to back out of my driveway, it pops out of gear and grinds like crazy. I put it in park , then back into reverse, then its fine. It does the same thing when I put it in drive. What could this be? It only has 79,000 miles.
