Say im waiting to turn, i go into the intersection, stop, put the clutch in, and
Before i stop moving, its now safe to go, should i wait so stop or can i start
to take my foot of the clutch (in 1st gear) as im moving?

New to manual, clutch of my car is close to the end of its life, trying to keep
it in good condition, need to ask stupid questions, sorry.

Hey, no stupid questions, so ya, you can let the clutch out while costing along to go, after a couple of days of driving you'll get use to it. Have fun!
