I have a 2009 H3. What causes the truck to no crank and then exactly 10 minutes later it cranks. And it never fails, it always cranks after 10 minutes. Not 9 minutes exactly 10.

It's a faulty pass lock from the security system. I think the only fix is to replace it. But it's a costly fix. You may get lucky and just try replacing the fuel pump relay. But I think it's definitely your pass lock.
